Spells Vault sells physical perfume products, including full-sized perfumes and perfume decants, and currently delivers within Pakistan only.

All orders placed on our website are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and courier service. We work with multiple courier partners to ensure reliable delivery across Pakistan.

Shipping charges vary by product. Some items may be eligible for free shipping, while others are shipped at a flat rate. The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Spells Vault offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Only full-sized perfume bottles are eligible for return. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, or tampered with will not be accepted.

Perfume decants are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of decanted products, all sales of decants are final.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the return window for approval before sending the item back. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed accordingly. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
